Phillip Eno evolves into a music collective after taking a 6 year vacation. Similar to Ivo Watts-Russell's This Mortal Coil, Lito Vales recruits the talents from family and friends to produce a landscape of dream pop melodies, layered with noise and spacey textures.

"Tenchian Fixation" is the first of a series of new EPs, featuring Russell Hubley (solo rockstar and long time Phillip Eno/Uncletoe's Portasound contributor), Larry Maynard (Who Has Nine, Dogmaster) and Steven Martin (author and opium connoisseur).
