Phillip Eno is a music collective that produces dream pop melodies with textured layers, spacey noise outbursts and heavenly vocals. Similar to Ivo Watts-Russell's This Mortal Coil, husband and wife team, Nerissa & Lito Vales head the NYC based group and recuit the talents of their family and friends. Phillip Eno formed in 2003 after retiring their previous project, Uncletoe’s Portasound.
